Our guest is Nohnie Al-Jalil from Colorado Springs. Nohnie's journey to recovery took 24 years, but came to fruition May of 2018 when she "knew it was over." Now, her motto's are "keep doing what worked yesterday, to keep going today," and "my power is my pain, and my courage is my crown."
