About Marie:Marie Christian is the director of Voices: Manitoba’s Youth in Care Network. She is a first voice advocate and a recent graduate of the Masters of Social Work based in Indigenous Knowledges program at the University of Manitoba. Being able to combine her lived experiences with education and professional experience allows Marie to do her best while working with and on behalf of young people in and from care.
