The Eternal Warrior Podcast

Sharing Struggles with those Closest to Us

Listen Later

Oftentimes in recovery, we find it easy to discuss our challenges with people we don't know very well or others that we meet through recovery meetings or groups. But sharing our challenges with those closest to us can be very difficult, but can be incredibly powerful. Wes and Spenny are joined this week by a very special pair of Warriors who were fighting the same enemy under the same roof for years and never knew about it. Ethan and Jacob share how confiding in each other as brothers changed the game in their recovery and how their dad helped to orchestrate their growth together. This episode is great for parents with multiple children fighting addiction or for any warrior with a sibling that they are wanting to confide in but aren't sure how.
