I love Christmas time; creating a magical time for children; baking lovely cakes; creating beautiful decorations and choosing special presents for my friends and family. I love singing Christmas carols - I know most of the words from singing for many years! I also listen to Dickens's 'A Christmas Carol' as I am preparing my cakes on "Stir up Sunday".
