So often we share our faith with the words we speak, but how does our lifestyle exemplify our faith in Jesus Christ? About Guest: Kizita is a daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, artist, creator, entrepreneur, and above everything, a child of God. Her journey here, to Me + The Word has been within her since she was born. She grew up in a Christian household, with a father who was very religious and who very much wanted her to have a strong faith. This set up the foundation for a lot of things in her life. Like a lot of journeys, hers has been filled with highs and lows, being close to God and venturing far from him. Her faith has been tested but at the end of the day, she has always come home, always back to God. Me + The Word became a reality for her in 2019. She was going through a test of faith and a beautiful person entered her life, her sister in Christ, Merline. Merline reinforced her faith, led by example, prayed for her and strengthened her desire to surrender herself to Christ. Coming up with Me + The Word was a testament to Kizita’s faith.
