The health work environment is adaptive and dynamic. However, in the end, we are dealing with people. Therefore, it is not just about numbers and data. We need to have sensitivity and realise we are dealing with peoples' lives.
Leaders now need to be adaptive to the changing workplace. Some people love working at home and can be more productive. However, this requires a different leadership style for a team that is not in the office daily. Models of communication need to be revisited. What are the required structure and ways of working?
A balance is required. Be adaptive while focusing on the end-user or client requirements.
