My next guest is big wave legend Shawn Dollar! Shawn is an epic dude who set not one but two world records for largest wave ever paddled into and surfed. He shares his incredible story of survival and recovery from a near death experience while surfing.

Shawn and I have a ton in common, like we are both Cal Poly grads, both suffered broken vertebrae and traumatic brain injuries, and both see Dr Gordon for our TBI recovery, and we are both surfers... ok well that last one is a stretch!
