Shawnee Walker is a Mother, Paraprofessional, Author, and Childhood Epilepsy Advocate. Shawnee is the author of a children’s book titled, Milo’s Day At School, and an eBook titled My Child Has Epilepsy, Now What? Both books are available for purchase on Amazon. She became passionate about spreading awareness about epilepsy when her son was diagnosed with the condition in 2014. Her mission is to educate the community and get rid of the stigmas and myths about epilepsy.
