Running away seemed to be the right answer for me. Anytime I was confronted with an issue or with some struggles the first thing I wanted to do was to run away. I started the trip with false and malicious intentions but God decided to use this time to bring me out of the fear. Sometimes when we have hurt, pain and envy in our hearts we think a new environment will clear this. After a friendship ended, a divorce finalized and rebellion brewing I booked a trip. But God had other plans. Listen into what God did with a trip booked out of the wrong intentions and how he freed me from my anxiety.

It’s season of transition. How many of us are ready for this change? This is the last episode of the season .

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind - 2 Timothy 1:7 . So why do we run from the risk and regret the lack of reward. We must be able to not allow futuristic paranoia stop us from where we could be. God already paved a way but we just have to hear His voice and follow his instructions. We can do it, we can be a business owner and book writer. We can push out of fear and into our calling.

You commit to things with your words but not with your actions. Jesus made it clear that we are people of our words. He said let your yes be yes and our no’s to be no. Have we been people to who say one thing and prove with your actions another. Do you struggle with keeping commitments ? Let be examples of what Jesus said and ensure we keep to our commitments. In my own life I have a reputation of struggling to keep my words but let’s make a commitment now. I WILL MEAN MY YES AD I WILL MEAN MY NO’S.

Sometimes we look back and think we have not completed enough. We look back and think that we aren’t successful enough. Have we truly gone in with the right intentions, have we truly considered why we are here and why we do what we do? God ultimately is the greatest promoter of all. He knows how and where to place you for the best life. Align your desires with God and he will lead you into the right path. We touch on what it looks like when God elevates you.

The follow up to “It’s not your circle, sis”. Today we look at some finer points when it comes to friendships and how to define what is healthy is what is not. We look at the relationships of the disciples and Jesus as well as looking deeper into what the word says about being real with your friends.

It’s about time we start to put ourselves first. In a time where life is busy and the time seems to get shorter we must truly take time to reflect. But we also need to understand why its important to reject things that draw us away from God. It’s Lent , an important time to be even more sure about your purpose and even more intentional with your time. In this episode I open up more about my struggles with consistency and self control. We also talk about the story of Moses and how he had to reflect on the direct instruction of God. Hope you enjoy today’s episode.
