With that being said you know I have to highlight a Black Woman Owned Business. This months motivation is coming from Robiar Smith. Robiar is the owner of R.B. Pest Solution. R.B Pest Solutions start in 2016 and specializes іn providing effective and reliable реѕt соntrоl ѕоlutіоnѕ in thе rеѕіdеntіаl and соmmеrсіаl рrореrtу. Although she initially struggled to pass the exam, she has taken the brand and company to new heights. You can find The R.B. Premium Products' "Bug Strike" on Home Depot's website.

My favorite bar from Robiar was "The representation is great because it teaches people that trades along with education in these multi billion dollar spaces in essential, they're not going anywhere so they're great fields to go into". She shared a lot of great information on how she got started and what has kept her going.
