Jessica Wernli is a Facilitator, Trainer, Podcaster, and Coach. As a community organizer, I’ve facilitated thousands of meetings and trained hundreds of community members. During this time, I have witnessed the brilliance of our communities. I strongly believe in the practice of no decision about us without us. We must shift the paradigm that only a chosen few (CEOs, Elected Officials, subject matter experts, etc.) have the answers – we all hold a piece of the puzzle.
