When it comes to animal advocacy in Houston, Kappy Muenzer is a pioneer.

As one of the founding members of Citizens for Animal Protection, she and her band of colleagues forever changed the way Houston adopts and cares for homeless animals. 

From adoption processes and feral cat assistance to humane legislation, Kappy's dedication to the animals continues to this day.
