Foundational systems are always important however if we didn’t out this in place or didn’t have someone to teach us, we should never pause in the ignorance. We cry a little and then apply the principle in our present ♥️

Trauma has a way of leaving one in a state of loneliness when not worked on. We celebrate Mental health because it’s the one aspect of general health that is not visible to the eye. Being able to live through daily activities while coping with racing thoughts or the feeling of not wanting to do anything takes a lot.
