She Is Sacred

In light of what our nation is crying out for right now in the Black community — today we are talking about getting comfortable with changing our minds, realizing the root of why we hold so tightly to the stories in our heads & being willing to evolve.

From a very young age, and especially for woman, we are taught that we will spend most of our lives searching for love in someone else— but what if we changed the story and became our own first love?

If you struggle with positive self-talk then it’s time to challenge the negative voices you are allowing to control your mind!

I truly believe meditation is for everyone; but there may be reasons why you aren’t quite getting much out of it, and that’s what we are going to talk about today!

Self-Development looks different for everyone; but, if you aren’t accurately assessing the right areas you’re missing out on your full potential.

Change the stories in your mind, and you will change your life. It’s time to re-examine the stories you have been telling yourself to allows yourself to grow and develop further.

By simply practicing staying in moments a little while longer you can extend your overall happiness, increase your mental health and stabilize your mind.

Today we are going to look beyond just what we are ‘doing’ to contribute the world. We are going to look within so we can offer more.
