Following Rocky's ear enlargement surgery, him and Ramona struggle to navigate the next steps of their relationship.  Meanwhile the hospital Board of Directors decides to replace the striking nurses with a team of robot nurses, with Denise put in charge of the new staff.  But when she teaches them what love is all about, things won't go as smoothly at the hospital.
