The meaning of self-doubt is a lack of faith in oneself, it means that you don’t feel certain about your own abilities or actions. As we get into the holiday season, we might find this one of the best times of the year or one of the most stressful times. It might seem like an issue in your teens, but struggling with self esteem is something that many adults struggle with. I’ve seen my friends and family struggle with self esteem, and as mothers, we often feel a little lost and this in turn impacts our self esteem.     In today’s episode, I share ways to increase your self esteem based on an article by Psychology Today. Big projects, last-minute deadlines, afterschool activities, even laundry - all of these things are part of your to-do list.
