As Miss Texas, Sadie Schiermeyer is a passionate advocate for whole-person wellness through her initiative, “Healthier America: How Are You, Really?”. She travels across the state inspiring communities to prioritize mental, physical, and emotional health through honest conversations and preventive education. A summa cum laude graduate of Belmont University with a degree in Psychology, Sadie is now pursuing her M.S. in Professional Counseling to equip herself to serve others as a licensed counselor. Her mission is to help people not only ask “How are you?” but to truly reflect on both the question and answer.

Anna Leah Jolly is Miss Mississippi 2025, a Ukrainian born adoptee, national advocate for foster and adopted youth, and founder of Limitless, a groundbreaking initiative equipping children with tools to build emotional intelligence and form secure attachments. After surviving a childhood marked by abuse, Anna Leah was adopted at nearly 12 years old and is the only one of 14 children from her orphanage to maintain a lasting bond with her adoptive family.

A published author, she’s written The Limitless Ballerina and Theodore: The Little Bear with Big Feelings, both of which are used nationwide to help children process emotions and trauma. Anna Leah is also a National Ambassador for CASA, a women’s entrepreneur scholarship recipient, and the owner of Studio A Dance Company. She is pursuing dual degrees in Business and Fine Arts at Belhaven University with plans to earn her MBA and expand her studio statewide.

She has spent the past 3 years advocating for vulnerable children, securing legislative change through Mississippi House Bill 1624, and even proposing a White House celebration for Miss America delegates. Her platform, Limitless, is now a national movement, reminding every child that healing is possible and greatness can rise from any beginning.

Charlotte Bio: Charlotte is a wife, mother and entrepreneur amongst many other things. She is the owner of Charlotte Shores Personal Chef Services, and was recently named one of Utah Business’s Forty under 40. She currently holds the title of Mrs. Utah America 2025, and has been involved in pageantry since 2005 as a contestant, director or judge and believes so much of her success has come from that involvement. She is a fierce advocate for neurodivergence and loves working in her community and online to help educate others on the strengths that come from neurodiversity, and how to be more neuroinclusive.

Adaline Bio: Adaline Bebo Øygarden is a 2019 graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and majored in Honors Neuroscience. While there, she served as captain of the Golden Girl Feature Twirlers for 4 years, reigned as College Miss Majorette of America, Collegiate Downfield National Champion, and twirled in four bowl games including the Sugar Bowl, 2020. She was also a world team member for WFNBTA and WBTF on Team USA, winning two gold medals and the titles of Senior Strut and Artistic Twirl world champion. She has also earned 8 other silver and bronze medals in individual and team events, many national and grand national titles for USTA and NBTA including Strut, Dance Twirl, Rhythmic Twirl, Solo, 2-Baton, 3-Baton, and Junior and Senior Dance Twirl Team/Twirl Team, as well as a 3-time title holder in the Miss America Organization. As Miss Park Cities 2018 and Miss Dallas 2019, she placed in the top 5 twice including first runner up at Miss Texas.

I have had the chance to help many girls prepare for state and national pageants over the past 19 years and when you do not win there is a moment where it can feel like you just got dumped! These are my thoughts on what to do in advance and afterwards to help make that fall a little easier.

Kelsey Bio: Kelsey Griswold-Paul is a proud graduate of Oklahoma City University, where she earned her BFA before going on to represent her state as Miss Oklahoma and place as 2nd Runner-Up to Miss America. Her career in entertainment took her to New York and Los Angeles, where she spent nearly a decade acting in film and television projects for Amazon, Netflix, Lifetime, Hallmark, NBC, CBS, and ABC.

Now back in Oklahoma, Kelsey serves as the Lifelight Worship Leader at St. Luke’s Methodist Church and was grateful to play a key role in the creative leadership of Poteet Theatre, directing, choreographing, and producing stage productions. She recently launched the podcast Roots and Rise alongside co-host Madi Pontikes, a project born out of a shared passion for storytelling and empowerment. In addition to her artistic pursuits, she is also a licensed mortgage broker with Price Mortgage Group.

Tori Sizemore Oliver is the oldest of 7 children, a lifelong equestrian, and is passionate about advocating for children in foster care. She is a South Carolina native, where she now lives with her husband, Taylor and dog, Zoe. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2017 and is now completing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy to become a mental health counselor.

Tori has proudly represented South Carolina three times on the national stage – Miss South Carolina Teen USA 2013, Miss South Carolina USA 2018, and Miss South Carolina Volunteer 2021. She placed in the top 5 twice at the national competitions and now coaches young women on stage presence, interview, and a winning mindset that extends beyond the pageant stage.

Her medical expertise has enriched her acting, allowing her to bring authenticity to roles. Her journey exemplifies a seamless blend of science and art, showcasing her versatility and dedication to impacting lives both on and off the screen.

Amanda is the founder of The Pageant RX, a healthcare initiative tailored to the unique wellness needs of pageant contestants and industry professionals. Drawing from her own experiences in pageantry and medicine, she launched this platform to provide accessible, informed healthcare support to those in the industry. London Hibbs:

London Hibbs is a 2024 graduate of UCLA’s Herb Alpert School of Music, with a Bachelor of Music Performance (Voice) and minor in music industry. At UCLA, she was a part of the cheer team and Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, as well as both the opera and choral departments. She has performed solos and in ensembles at Carnegie Hall, the Sydney Opera House, and Lincoln Center with Miss America 2019, Nia Franklin. She served as Miss America’s (Outstanding) Teen 2019 after winning the titles of Miss Dallas and Miss Texas’ Teen in 2018, in which she received over 30,000 in scholarship to attend UCLA.

During her time in the Miss America Organization, she worked directly with Donate Life America to bring support and awareness to her social impact initiative “Check Yes For Life,” encouraging teens to register as organ donors when they get their drivers licenses. She also served as the teen ambassador for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, entertaining patients and hosting fundraisers across the country.

As an interview coach and mental coach for nearly two decades I have heard story and after story of women who struggle with imposter syndrome and comparison. We don't talk about it often enough it seems and there are ways to combat it. In this episode I talk about things I have learned and experiences I have had and my hope is to help you look inward instead of outward.
