Diversity and inclusion continue to be at the heart of our mission at SheLeads. When only:
👉🏾 3% of Females say a Career in Tech is their first choice
👉🏾78% of students can’t name a famous female working in Technology
👉🏾16% of Females have had a career in Technology suggested to them
👉🏾5% of leadership positions in the Technology sector are held by women
Clearly more needs to be done to close the gender gap in STEM and Technology Occupations.
This week, SheLeads Founder Lydia Igoche is joined by Equality, Diversity and Inclusion expert Dr Esther Mukuka to Explore the root cause behind these statistics and share her expertise on what organisations can be doing to bridge the gap for good.
