On a recent trip to Ireland, I saw sheep everywhere but not shepherds.

It made me wonder, What’s the role of a shepherd (leader) versus a sheep (follower)?

Later on, we found some lost sheep on a hike, stuck on a ledge.

Of course, we all get stuck at times. At its core, being stuck happens when we can only see a topic from a certain perspective. The sheep did, in fact, have choices.
