Joining the conversation today is Sheila Rossi, Volunteer Director of Phoenixville Free Clinic. Sheila has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years.  Her career began in the Rochester, NY area at a community hospital in the Finger Lakes where she worked with the strategic planning department of the hospital and Blue Cross Blue Shield to manage a joint health insurance product to bring lower cost health insurance to residents of the region. She later moved to Plymouth Meeting, PA,  where she led a patient safety organization focused on collecting and analyzing hospital adverse events to improve patient care and safety. Most recently, she jumped at the opportunity to serve as Volunteer Director at the Phoenixville Free Clinic, where she recruits and supports the dedicated volunteers who care for the community’s uninsured and underinsured.
