Maria describes herself as a person who works in tech. This is powerful as it delineates against the bias which continues to drive a lack of gender diversity in tech.

Maria has made contributions to the development of Telecommunications standards through her research work in 4G and 5G technology and is passionate about using research to drive innovation in Industry.
