 This week, as we broadcast in real time the results of an election whose results are already known to all, we talk about whether the left is going to succeed by sacrificing Franken and Conyers and any and all other signs of impurity to go after Trump. Will Conyers succeed in holding his seat through nepotism? Will the people of his district in Michigan give a damn about a few pats on the ass here and there? And what of Franken? Who read him the riot act?

Ep. 153: She’ll Do Anything for Moore

A weekly podcast that serves up thoughtful and fun debate about the big stories of the week. The show is usually taped on Tuesdays for posting that evening, with occasional spontaneous bonus episodes.

The use of the “Harvard” name originates from the show being an offshoot of the Harvard Conservatives Lunch Club, an extended group of friends and colleagues who get together for occasional lunches, which Mike began in the Spring of 2011 in Cambridge.

Mike was a Harvard physicist at the time (he’s since departed for MIT). Todd was a member of the lunch club only because he is such a scintillating conversationalist – he has never had any affiliation with Harvard.
