Shelly O’Connell is a flirting coach for women and the author of “Finding Your Flirt”, a book on tips and exercises to help women understand and approach flirting. She has a background in crisis intervention, is a program director for Rape Crisis, and the chair for the Sexual Assualt Coalition and on the Attorney-General Task Force. She approaches flirting in a different way that removes a lot of the limits that we’ve been conditioned to think that it is.
