Shelter In Place, Day 7

Day 7 of Shelter-In-Place in Sonoma County - Today I took the opportunity to answer community questions (hacked into how to get motivated) as well as talk a little bit about my own experience with therapy and how it may not actually work for me like I wish it would.

Starting to get a little deep in here...

*Smack dab in the middle of the COVID=19 pandemic, we here in California are under a Shelter-In-Place order. No going out, no socializing and definitely no in-person podcasting.

I’m using this extra time and space to tap in regularly and keep my peeps entertained - hopefully. Join me for bite-sized episodes that include phone calls with fellow self isolators as well as ramblings about the things that are keeping me up at night.
