Team Warkentin, a real estate team based out of northern Alberta, is made up of Jeff Warkentin, Sam McColman, and Morgan Wardrobe. Jeff is a veteran realtor, with over 18 years of experience in the business and a background in development and building. Sam is a few years into the business and loves sharing his knowledge and predictions of the real estate market as well as trying to be the funny guy on the podcast. Morgan is the latest addition to the team, bringing organization, experience, and slightly less tomfoolery than the boys.
