【生薬】補益薬のまとめ

補益薬は人体の正気を補うことで臓腑の機能を高める薬物です。

性味としては甘味が多く、補気薬と補血薬は平性、助陽薬は温性、‪滋陰‬薬は寒性のものが多いです。(一部には温性の補気薬や寒性の補血薬もあり)

補益薬は味の濃いものが多く、胃気の停滞を招き胃部や胸部の張りやもたれ感、食欲不振などに繋がることがあります。この時は胃の働きを整えることを優先します。
