When I heard Kevin Snyder speak at the Jefferson County Farm Bureau banquet, I knew I had to do an interview with him! Kevin runs Shenstone Farm which produces beef cattle. In this interview, he discusses his operation and his recent experience with placing his farm into the farmland protection program. Although a tedious process, Kevin says that he feels immense relief that his family went forward with the program and now the farm will forever be used for agricultural purposes.
