This episode I am sharing with you what goes through my mind. Even more about what my process is with dealing with my PTSD, depression and anxiety. 

It has been awhile, I want to catch you up about everything that is going on with me. Even more tell you somethings I have learned during this time.

It has been awhile, but I am back and let's catch up with each other.

I was looking on TikTok and saw this plant that I wanted to get to help my body. Well I got up and left the house and went I got to the store I started looking for something to help me detox toxins out of my body. As I have been realizing that I need a detox for myself, I realized that I am need to do the same thing spiritually. There has been so many things happening in the past 3 years that I survived from that it changed the way that I am. Even the way I handle situations but the things is not all of that is good. Some times the hardest things is surviving from the very thing that tried to take me out. I won't let myself stay this way. 

Let's do some target workouts together. This morning when I was walking in the house I realized there was a place where I gained weight. The place gained this weight I wanted to get rid of it.  So I looked up some target workouts for my adductors. With that I realized that there is parts of our lives or within ourselves that we need to target to work out. 

So today I went on a hike in Lake Worth. It was interesting to say the least. I realized that in some times in our lives we are meant to go on some journeys with someone and others we are meant to go by ourselves. For me personally I am on journey/ walk where it is just about me. 

There are times in life where you think you won't make, I am here to tell you that you will.

I have been hiking for the past few days and everything has been hitting me differently. The moment that I realized that this journey that I am going through is everything to do with me and not other people, my mind frame is beginning to change.
