Welcome to Raven's Readings. I'm reading from The Sign of the Four, written by Arthur Conan Doyle in 1890. This novel features his character, Sherlock Holmes, a detective who excels in observation, deduction, logic, and forensics. Assisting Holmes is Doctor John Watson. The Sherlock stories are narratives written from the POV of Watson, as he attempts to record and publicize Sherlock's work. This novel is the second in the series.

Last chapter, Holmes finally found the location of the steam launch. Now Holmes and Watson will set off, with Detective Jones and his men, to capture the criminals and regain the treasure.
