Sherwin Gardner is one of the Caribbean’s most popular inspirational recording artists. He’s
won numerous Marlin Awards (the Caribbean’s most prestigious gospel music accolade) and
released over a dozen full-length albums. Over the last 30 years, he’s pioneered a sometimes-
controversial fusion of the Reggae, Dancehall, and Soca genres with spiritual music themes.

BLESSINGS FIND ME HERE: On New Year’s Eve 2023, Sherwin posted a
short song as a positive new year’s message. He was thinking 100 people might like it but the
next day he had over 100k views. Then, millions. Then, a dozen major recording entities (Sony
Music, Island Records, Universal Music) reached out and wanted the song, but Gardner didn’t
even have a full song to offer. He quickly produced a full song which has accumulated a billion
TikTok views, 7 million digital streams, and over 2 million user generated content creations.
