Meet my friend Jani Rad, a cool, hip gal from Memphis with quite an impressive professional resume.  She is a Director of Analytics in hospital executive operations and is involved in addressing social and health inequalities through GIS mapping, surveying and storytelling.  I was super excited to have Jani on my show to give me her views on LGBT visibility, how she overcame adversity in her own life and future projects.
