On this week’s episode, I talk with my new friend Lori Lara. Lori is a nationally recognized speaker, a third degree black belt (WHAT?!?!), a writer, and just all around woman you need to know. Her work with MOPS (Mothers of Preschools) has brought her recognition as she travels around the country teaching women of all ages how to kick, punch, choke (is that a thing?), and all around build confidence while sharing and teaching about the love Jesus truly has for us. Lori is the friend you want to know and you instantly love.
