I often hear other women refer to a confident woman as bossy, cocky, bougie, over the top! When in most of the time she is the total opposite.  She is in touch with herself and knows what she wants but there are some things about her that would catch you by surprise. She's usually the one taken advantage of. The one people never check on. The one people expect to never have a problem.  

She is probably an Alpha and Alpha's have their challenges too.  Let's talk about the characteristics of an Alpha female and why I am introducing her to the BossUp Community.  

I have a shirt in my apparel line that reads "if I'm too much, go find less". This is definitely the shirt for an alpha female.
