Just sharing where our hearts are today.
Inspired by Jenna's little sister, her hero, and the bravest human she knows.
Goon, as she likes to call her, this one is for you.
Your strength, your bravery, your ability to look pain in the eye and move forward anyway. Ell & I are so proud of the woman you are and the battles you keep winning.
We love you so much.

Hey y'all!
Welcome back to She's My Person!
We are diving into a topic we feel so passionate about today and that it how vital it is to live without judgement at the center of your heart and actions.
There is no one right way: to live, to love, to work, to exist so who are we to tell anyone else that their way is wrong?
Our mission behind this episode and our brand as a whole is to remind you that it is okay to live outside the lines- in fact, it's required if we ever want to breakaway from these unattainable standards the world tries to measure us up to subconsciously.
So cheers to you, babe and to you living this life with your own creative touch.

Hey y'all!
Welcome back to She's My Person!
We are so excited to introduce you to our guest today: Farrington Huguenin! Former NFL player, current entrepreneur, and an incredible man with a great heart.
He speaks to how he handled the transition both into and out of the NFL, how he humbles himself enough to learn from every person around him, and the lessons that led him to where he is today. It is inspiring and applicable to all walks of life and we can't wait for y'all to give it a listen!

Hey y'all!
Welcome back to She's My Person!
Special release happening on a Monday because we already know this episode will motivate you to level up this week.
We have one of our favorite people joining us- Marwin Kline.
Marwin is a man of integrity, a respected trainer nationwide, and a mentor for countless athletes. He is one of the rare few that truly walks the walk.
He has built many successful businesses, but what stands out above all else is it has never been about the dollar.
He shows up to make an impact, sets an example even in the face of adversity, nurtures the character beyond the athlete, and leads with a passion that reminds you opportunities are limitless if you are willing to put in the work.
It's impossible not to love him and incredibly effortless to feel the values he lives by and the integrity he honors- even when it requires courage.
We hope y'all love this conversation as much as we did!

Hey y'all!
Welcome back to She's My Person!
A little change of pace coming your way this week. We had fun sharing some of our most naive moments and the understanding we've reached between men who can be honest and vulnerable and those that get by just telling you what you want to hear to further their agenda.
It's relatable, honest, and promises to give you more than one laugh. We've all been there, right?
Tune in and let us know what you think!

Hey y'all!
Welcome back to She's My Person.
We both have allowed our stress levels to hover higher than is healthy in our careers, loves, and lives. Lately, we have been wildly aware of how freeing it feels to not take ourselves so seriously.
This conversation was in flow with how we feel today, what we actively practice to keep our stress levels in check, and how we take accountability when the stress speaks over the reason.
Stress is self created- and whether we choose to sit in the overwhelm or sit in the trust: the outcome has already been written.
Let us know what you think!

Welcome back to She's My Person, y'all!
It was the week of all the feels for us so we decided to get honest about hormone surges, the power your cycle actually has on your daily life, and some coping mechanisms we practice to honor our bodies and their process.
It's a topic that really doesn't get enough media coverage and women often hold shame around the way they react right before their flow so it felt important to break it down and get vulnerable with y'all about how we react, how we are learning to communicate what we need, and how we treat our hearts and bodies with more gentle grace and less expectation.
Sending y'all so much love!
