A Communion service message from 1 Corinthians 11:17-34.

1. What is Communion?

- Represents my highest devotion and allegiance to Jesus Christ.

-Commemorates the suffering and death of Jesus Christ.

2. Why do we have Communion?

-Memorial service - as long as Christians live, they need these reminders of what Jesus did for them.

3. What Communion is not.

-Not a time to air divisions. Calls for unity. Lay down issues. Do express concerns properly.

-Not a strictly social event. Not a physically enriching meal.

-Not to be done unworthily.
