Episode 146 (3 Aug 2021): Shi-Ling Hsu (https://myweb.fsu.edu/shsu/) is the D'Alemberte Professor of Law at the Florida State University College of Law, where he served as Associate Dean for Environmental Programs from 2015 to 2019. Prior to his current appointment, Professor Hsu held other academic, governmental and private practice positions. Professor Hsu has degrees in electrical engineering, law, ecology and agricultural and resource economics. He has taught environmental and natural resource law, climate change, law and economics, quantitative methods, and property law. He has 60+ publications and is the author of _The Case for a Carbon Tax_ and the co-author of _Ocean and Coastal Resources Law_. In October 2021, his next book comes out: _Capitalism and the Environment: A Proposal to Save the Planet_
