Shift into my new favorite thing.

The Shift Starter Program is here.

I've been working on this program for years in many ways.

The time came to actually get it down and begin.

I'm so looking forward to sharing it with you.

We’ll begin on Sunday — the 12th of June.

I've been spending a whole lot of time polishing it for you.

So I hope that you’ll take a real look at it.

It's designed to be the starting place for learning to shift your state — for coming into a deeper awareness of how to bring yourself into the present moment, come into your inner world, explore your inner world, and then make the shifts that you want to make.

I go into a good amount of detail about how I learned that myself — and about how people have been learning most effectively since I began working with them on it.

Today, I thought I'd give The Shift Starter Program a little bit of a teaser.

You'll get the program introduction email on Sunday, June 12th.

Followed by the first of four shifts in the Shift Starter Program, which you’ll be emailed on Thursday.

The 4th and final Starter Shift that you'll be emailed will be on July 3rd.

That’s the Sunday before the Fourth of July (which is on a Monday).

So keep an eye out for all of it.

In preparation today, why don't we spend some time in presence together?

Take 100% of your intention and bring it into the present moment.

I like to begin by ‘listening’ — listening to life.

Focusing 100% of my attention on listening to sounds I otherwise wouldn't hear.



And being 100% there.



It can help as you listen in, to relax your body.

Allow your shoulders to fall toward the ground.



Take slightly deeper breaths.



And just tune in to your environment.



Being fully present in this moment.



Keep your eyes open, or close them — depending on how you feel.

If you have something beautiful to look at as you listen, that can bring you even more deeply into the present moment — by engaging even more of your senses.





Experience the present moment in a way that you never have before.

It's always new.

It's always different.

You can always look at something you've seen many times before very differently.

If you're in the present moment, you see something new.

You are different every moment.

So by definition, what you live, what you see, what you hear, is different.

Let's be with it for 30 seconds or a minute together.







Perfect.

If you get distracted anytime, just invite your attention back in.

Invite it into the intention of listening to life right now.

Being fully here.

Another 10 seconds or so.

Let’s get back to our days.

Whatever it is that you have next today — intend 100% of your attention and focus and presence into your next moments of the day.

Bring yourself into a bit of a flow state to take into the next step on your day.

We'll complete what amounts to 4 total Shifts together.

You'll get an email each Sunday and Thursday through July 3rd.

You’ll complete 4 total Shifts to complete The Shift Starter Program — beginning on Sunday.

By the end of The Starter Program, you will have a very clear understanding of how to shift your mind and body when you choose.
