Daysia is a construction management professional who is passionate about helping others find their own path to success. Being one of very few women and minorities within the STEM field really shifted her paradigm  and outlook on life. 

STEM, especially construction management is a fast growing and highly paid industry that has a need to fill vacant positions. This problem ignited a spark and inspired Daysia to not only become an entrepreneur but also begin lighting a path to success for children and teens to success just as she had. 

Daysia's specialties as a mentor include personal finance, relationship building, mindset therapy, goal visualization and career planning.
