The shutdown has definitely given us time to reassess life and all that is around us, everything from what we do to who we are to who is around us to what is even happening in world... it has all come to the forefront, revealing its truth. Some of us took the time, and some didn't, and those that did truly saw what is important and what isn't. And so, I sat down with a friend  to discuss her journey and discovery on what it means to shift perspectives and follow what your dreams, as the world has allowed us the time to re-evaluate what it is we want.
