Do you have things you worry or stress about? Is there some issue that simply feels stuck, like it hasn’t moved in a while? Recognizing that we humans often cycle or circle around on the same themes and areas without resolution or change, this episode offers a process to change and shift recurrent mental flows. Learning to be fluid within the openness of meditation creates space and fresh arenas. We are more able to notice outdated beliefs and patterns that have held our mental body in these old ideas and forms. From this more open stance in the energies, we add Harmony and Beauty to our previously stuck areas, allowing for new ideas and insights to come through. Old energy is released and becomes fluid and we lift into the higher light.
