Ramadaan is upon us, and that means the start of the Fasted 500 challenge! We've had podcasts on the challenge before (Episode 6 & 16!), but we couldn't not have on Zahir again, talking about it all. If you haven't seen the new roundel, be sure to check it out! Perhaps the best yet.
Challenge aside - Shimano have released what could be the biggest groupset announcement in decades with the release of Cues, and SRAM have also given their Force groupset a facelift. We dive into both of those and also, finally, Cannondale's new Supersix!
