Today in the hot seat we have Brittney Ogike. She is the Founder and CEO of BEAUTYBEEZ, the premier beauty retailer for women of color championing inclusive beauty by building a community that celebrates the vastness of multicultural beauty. For decades, the beauty supply store was traditionally commandeered by those outside of the Black community and was oftentimes accused of being discriminatory; however, it was the only space Black women could shop for their unique beauty needs. Deemed as a modern space where women of color can shop, explore and play in a world full of beauty, BEAUTYBEEZ revolutionized the beauty retailer space with their 2019 launch.
