Boot Pit to Boardroom is joined by Brittany Batz for her perspective on recruiting challenges in agriculture.

Brittany is Owner and Principal of Cobblefield, LLC, an independent consultant focused on facilitating digitization and process improvement in the agriculture industry. Her company helps others drive operational efficiencies and enhance productivity through the implementation of digital solutions. Previously, Brittany spent time as VP of Product for Demeter Logistics, a startup focused on developing digital trade and logistics tools for the ag industry as well as 11 years with Bunge North America in several roles covering trading, logistics, operations, and supply chain. Brittany holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, a MS from Purdue University in Food and Agribusiness Management, and a BS in Agriculture and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
