OMG HIIIIII!!
I am currently reporting from Covid-19 isolation day-5-delirium which led me to create this episode. Towards the end, you can really hear me get a lil loopy after talking to myself in my room for about an hour straight, but hey... at least it was a conversation about growing pains and how fucked it is (sometimes) being 20 something. Please sit back and relax, as I discuss Capitalism, Societal and Familial Expectations, Fear of Failing, and so much more.
Lots of love always.

Heyoooo, for SHIGEKI's 1st birthday, I am back again for a special episode with my beautiful sister Elly! We talk about our sisterhood, growing up in Japan then in Australia, and how our experiences shaped who we are today. It was a very heartfelt, personal and funny conversation and we had a loot of fun doing it! I think we are pretty awesome. Let me know if you want more of this, love you all as always.

Happy New Year y'all!
To kick off SHIGEKI in 2022, I dive deep into the experience of going to therapy.
I talk about my listeners' experiences as well as my own, mixed with some cultural differences in attitude towards seeking help and overall topic of mental health. I also discuss collectivist versus individualist societies and how the perception of mental health can be so different between them. It's brutal out here.

Hello beauties, welcome back for another episode of Shigeki! This week I have a guest on my show, a dear friend from back in the Uni days studying Psychology here on the Sunshine Coast. We discuss why we decided to studied Psychology, what advice we can give if you want to break bad habits, what we think is important for young high school students to take away from Psychology being added to the curriculum, etc... The recording stopped mid-way through (a nightmare), so we are coming back next week to record Part 2 of this, but I hope you enjoy!
