Shisha cafe owner faces 15 years in jail

A man who ran a shisha cafe tried to smuggle three tonnes of the stuff into Australia, worth $2.75 million.

Molasses tobacco should be worth more than silver thanks to tax but you can still buy a kilo for a fraction of what you would expect to pay.

This is ripping taxpayers off by billions of dollars in tax revenue every year.

We look at why this is happening.
