This inaugural episode features WSU Sociologist, Dr. Chase Billingham, who previews his forthcoming journal article about 19th Century Sociology pioneer, Charlotte Perkins Gilman, and her experiences while visiting and writing in Kansas.
The article, entitled "Kansas Women are Awake: Charlotte Perkins Gilman's Journeys in Kansas and the Origins of Women and Economics" will be published in Volume 44, Issue 1 (Winter 2024) of the journal, Great Plains Quarterly.
