Sigh...today is Monday. It's been two days since "the signing." Two days since Shohei Ohtani signed a 10 year $700 million contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers, a move that was celebrated by pretty much the entire country...well except for Angels fans, and one of them happens to be a co-host of this show. It's been a long weekend for our little Cody. He's received texts, in-person ha ha's, and he was even tagged Twitter/X by people who don't even follow him. As we catch up with Cody during this grieving period, we'll see if Christian already bought himself a jersey, we'll see if the Angels decide to make any corresponding moves whatsoever, and we'll see if the Tungsten Arm O'Doyle meme can finally be retired.
