For Spear Talk 58, we had the distinct honor to spend time with Shondo Blades, who brought his fire and energy to the podcast. Shondo has a background in professional MMA, appeared in the show "The Quest" on ABC, and is considered a combat mogul, with his various training philosophies and gear that has impacted tactical and self-defense training!

Some of the topics we covered included his belief in getting "1% better every day", the importance of always training for the "bad" days, whether or not motivation can be taught, and being inspired to be the next big, action star!
