Katie sits down with Phil Gaetano, assistant men's basketball coach at Merrimack College. Katie and Phil go down a little bit of memory lane in regards to Phil's playing career before discussing the stops he has made on his coaching journey. Merrimack won the NEC Regular season in their first year in Division 1 and at the time of recording, the Warriors are in first place yet again in the NEC.
After a long holiday hiatus, Katie gets a chance to talk to Hannah Pollart, an assistant women's basketball coach at Colorado Mesa. Hannah has made a few unique stops on her coaching journey and is a part of a Mesa program looking to win 4 RMAC titles in a row (tournament/regular season).

Bob has been in the performance industry for over 20 years doing a variety of different jobs but one thing was never in question, his passion to help people. He is most well known for his work with high-performing boxers and MMA fighters, most notably, Stipe Miocic the current UFC heavyweight champion of the world. Bobby has had a unique journey but you can feel his passion for his calling throughout this conversation.
