Christian Lane aka C. Lane, is an artist who has been grinding with his music for over a decade now. His first mixtape, "Untamed Gorillaz" was released in 2006 when he was 14. Due to unfortunate circumstances and mistakes he made throughout his childhood, he ended up being incarcerated from ages 15-17 and again from ages 18-26. He came home Nov. of 2018 and has been on the grind heavy since then. From opening for well known artist such as Boosie, Jacquees, Yella Beezy, and Twista to doing some well-known collabs with T- Rell and Quin NFN, C. Lane represents the struggle and the pain of every African American youth to any form of humanity that has felt oppression. He inspires with his lyrics and his ability to show that ones mistakes in life don’t determine how ones future plays out. One just has to play the card they were dealt and make the best out of any situation.
